Ann Wagner, a professional ICF-certified systems coach, is the Founder of Stella Nera Coaching, and a resident of Lakewood. Beginning her career in special education here in Ohio, she transitioned into the corporate world, where she spent the majority of her career scaling and leading teams of all sizes, and across multiple cultures for an international education and travel company headquartered in Boston, MA. This experience deepened her love and skill-set for organizational and personal development, strategic alignment, and a true curiosity for what makes any system thrive. She continued much of her career developing leaders in the US and Europe (living in Germany for 7 years), offering trainings, workshops, and coaching before returning to the US and starting her own company.
Ann works with individuals, leadership, and companies of all sizes on team coaching and organizational strategy. She continues to offer trainings and events, and will be hosting our next Small Business Educational Series: The Leadership Shift: From Control to Influence.
