Her work focuses on how stress and nervous system overload impact decision making, communication, and leadership. By helping individuals strengthen emotional resilience, Jackie supports clearer thinking, healthier boundaries, and steadier performance across both personal and professional life.
John Dailey
Investment Representative, First Federal Lakewood
John has over 25 years in the financial services industry and is currently with First Federal Lakewood working with the Investment Services Team. John has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Baldwin Wallace and holds multiple securities licenses. John also has a decade of experience in the government sector having served on the Board of Education, City Council and worked as a Director of Community Life Services, all for the City of North Olmsted. During that time, he also served as the Executive Director of a 501c3 dealing with senior transportation. John’s commitment to the City of Lakewood began when he was a freshman as St. Edward High School coming in daily from Parma and continues to the day with his employment and volunteer efforts in city. His diverse experience allows him to know how to work with others to advance a common cause. In his free time, he enjoys spending time in Lakewood with his wife Melissa and their dog Millie frequenting local establishments, supporting Lakewood community events and visiting the dog park.
Kyle MacMillan, PT, DPT
Owner & CEO, Bridge Rehab & Performance
Kyle MacMillan, PT, DPT, is the owner of Bridge Rehab & Performance in Westlake. He earned his doctorate in physical therapy from The Ohio State University and specializes in helping active adults stay pain-free, mobile, and able to enjoy their favorite hobbies for as long as possible. Without relying on pain pills or surgery. Kyle’s work focuses on performance-driven rehab, injury prevention, holistic care, and long-term joint longevity for busy professionals, active adults, and athletes. In his free time he enjoys going to cafes, traveling, and raising up his new Bernedoodle puppy alongside his wife.
