The StartUp Lakewood Initiative is a program approved by the City of Lakewood which is geared toward making Lakewood a more appealing place for entrepreneurs to build and grow ideas into legitimate businesses. This program is overseen by Mike Belsito, Director of Ideation.

Ranger Job Board
Need to hire part-time and/or seasonal personnel? Lakewood High School and the West Shore Career-Technical District are sponsoring the Ranger Job Board. The purpose of the board is to assist high school students with finding part-time and/or seasonal employment opportunities. Lakewood High School has an abundance of talented, hard-working students, many of which have training and industry certifications from West Shore programs (ServSafe, ProStart, NCCER, ASE, NATEF, CISCO, MSOffice, STNA, Home Health Aide, Red Cross First Aid & CPR).
