In this program, Lisa Ryan shared powerful strategies that incorporate gratitude into the organization to positively impact customer and employee loyalty. Attendees learned about Grategy®, Lisa’s proven Gratitude Technology which improves on the organization’s sense of engagement through the use of gratitude strategies.

In addition, Chamber members learned more about our new alliance with the COSE Energy Choice Program and learned about the opportunity to save money on utility bills for business and residential accounts.
